Brisley, Weber among champions at Florida Net Four-Ball

Three teams were crowned champions at the Net Four-Ball Championship on Sunday at Walt Disney World's Magnolia Course.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (Dec. 2, 2018) - Three teams were crowned champions at the Men's Net Four-Ball Championship on Sunday at Walt Disney World's Magnolia Course. Patrick Brisley and Andy Weber were the champions in the under-50 division. Arne Victorine and Kevin Hewlett took the title in the 50-64 division, while Brian Carroll and Dennis Natale won the 65-and-over division.

Brisley and Weber prevailed in the under-50 division by carding an 11-under 133 over the two-day championship. Brisley and Weberheld fired a 7-under 65 on Saturday to take a one-stroke lead into the final round. The pair shot a 4-under 68 on Sunday to capture the title. This was Weber's second FSGA championship of the 2018 season. He won the Men's Net Championship in September.

In the 50-64 age division, Victorine and Hewlett were the champions, after shooting the low round of the day on Saturday, 10-under 62. The pair shot a 6-under 66 on Sunday to finish the championship with a 16-under 128.

After two rounds, the 65-and-over division came out to a three-way tie. Carroll and Natale, James C. Weed and Dwaine Zitko, and Kevin Hyman and David Norka all finished the championship with a 14-under 130. Carroll and Natale captured the championship in a scorecard playoff with a final-round score of 9-under 63. The pair was in sixth place following an opening round 5-under 67 but went on to card the lowest round of the day on Sunday to take the title.
