Harkins conquered the par-72 course with three straight rounds in the 60's. Harkins posted 66, 65, and 66 to cruise to a two-shot win. Creighton Honeck led by a shot entering Wednesday's final round but fell into solo second place with a finishing 69.

University of Santa Barbara sophomore Derek Trofimczuk was the second lowest amateur in the field as the Cameron Park native finished tie for 25th with rounds of 69-75-70.
Defending champion Michael McCabe of Thousand Oaks finished in a tie for seventh eight shots back of Harkins. He carded 68-69-68 in his attempt to repeat.
