SOUTHPORT, Bermuda (June 14, 2014) -- Mark Phillips shot a second-round 73 and maintains his lead at the 2014 Bermuda Amateur Championship at Port Royal.
Leading by four after a first-round 69, Phillips kept pace with a surging Robert Vallis and will take a one-shot lead into the final round Sunday.
Vallis is alone in second place while Will Haddrell is six shots back after rounds of 73-75.
