Ben Peters, Aleksei Koika win Antioch City Best-Ball

Ben Peters and Aleksei Koika had a share of the lead through the first round before eventually winning by two strokes

ANTIOCH, Calif. (Nov. 17, 2014) — Ben Peters and Aleksei Koika shot 64 in the first round of the Antioch City Best-Ball Tournament and shared the lead with Scott Watson and Chris Johnson. But a 66 on Sunday pushed the pair ahead by two and into first place, where they stayed. At 130, Peters and Koika captured the title by two three other teams that tied at 132, including the co-leaders Watson and Johnson. Michael Tolladay and Nick Sorensen, and Rod Souza and Garett Wagner also shot 132 and tied for second place. 2014 NCGA Player of the Year runner-up Jason Anthony and Randy Haag took fifth place at 133.
