Bell, of Makefield Highlands Golf Club, and Korcuba, of Medford Village Country Club, combined for a 5-under 65 to finish tied with Bob Bechtold of Fieldstone Golf Club and Pete Moran of French Creek Golf Club. With no playoff, the title was decided by a scorecard tiebreaker, where Bell and Korcuba's 3-under 32 on the back nine bettered Bechtold and Moran's 33.
