Anderson leads Nebraska Women's State Amateur

McKayla Anderson is one stroke ahead of defending champion Kayla Knopik at the Nebraska Women's Amateur

KEARNEY, Neb. (June 12, 2012) -- The Second round of the Nebraska Women's Championship was completed today with McKayla Anderson of Fremont leading with a two-day total 150. Anderson, a McNeese State golfer, fired off a two over par 74 matching Kayla Knopik, former Husker golfer, of Papillion for the low round of the day. Defending champion Knopik has a two-day total of 151. Sophie Peters, Morningside college golfer, is in third place with a two-day total of 157.
