Jacob Phillips of Brookhaven, Ga., and Mark Phillips Peachtree City, Ga., know what it takes to win the Championship Division of the AmateurGolf.com 2024 Two Man Links and Father & Son at Pacific Dunes at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Ore.
The 2022 and 2023 Championship Division winners finished on top again, completing the three-peat by carding 14-under with rounds of 65-70-68-69 to win by two shots over Tim Lovell Gainesville, Ga., and Scott Pitts of Clarksville, Ga., who finished 12-under and two shots back of the win.
18-hole and 36-hole leaders Preston Fleenor of Dallas, Tex., and Arthur Blackman of Dallas, Tex., finished in solo third place at 11-under.
Senior Division champions Randall Conn of Trophy Club, Tex., and Johan Andersson of Trophy Club, Tex., finished in solo fourth place at 6-under, and Michael and Nick Williams finished in solo fifth place at 4-under.
Jacob and Mark Phillips also won the Father & Son Division by ten shots over Michael Williams of Indianapolis, In., and Nick Williams of Indianapolis, In.
2023 Senior Division champions Randall Conn and Johan Andersson took the commanding lead in their title defense in the second round and continued it in the third round and final round, finishing 6-under and winning by twelve shots.
Also, a 1 in 17 million chance event happened during the second round of the tournament.
Len Krahn and Jarod Mckay were playing with Ross and Steve Humphreys in the second round when the group got to the par-3 No. 11. Mckay stepped up to the tee and made a hole-in-one, and once the group settled down, Ross Humphreys did the exact same thing.

The host courses, Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Bandon Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch, have firmly rooted themselves as some of the top courses in the world; however, they are running out of wall space in the Lodge to display the course and destination awards that keep accumulating.
