South Florida posted rounds of 286-281-290 to secure a four-shot victory with a total score of 7-under 857 to win the FAU Paradise Invitational at Osprey Point Golf Club in Boca Raton, Fla. Denver finished in solo second place with a total score of 3-under 861, recording rounds of 285-285-291.

The win marks the second for the Bulls this season, following their victory at the Badger Invitational, the first event of the Fall. Additionally, it represents the first time since the 2020 Old Friends Invitational that the team emerged victorious, with a player also capturing the individual title, as Erika Smith claimed the individual win.

South Florida senior Melanie Green shot 6-under 210 following her rounds of 70-69-71 to win the individual competition by two shots.

Vanessa Ho of Wisconsin, Lynn Lim of Vanderbilt, and Anna Zanusso of Denver all shot 4-under 212 to finish T2. Ho shot rounds of 71-70-70, Lim shot 71-69-72 and Zanusso 71-69-72.

Vanderbilt sophomore Tillie Claggett shot 3-under par for a solo fifth-place finish in the tournament.

Green's previous first-place finish was a shared title at the Trinity Forest Invitational in 2022. As a 2023 WCGC All-American Honorable Mention and a member of the 2023 American All-Conference Team, Green holds a career record for a scoring average of 72.13, boasting 46 rounds of par or better at USF.

South Florida secured two additional top-10 finishes on the leaderboard, as Alizee Vidal and Leonor Medeiros both shot 2-under par, resulting in a shared sixth-place finish in the tournament.
