Cleveland County Amateur Championship

54 holes of stroke play. After a 36-hole cut (down to 60 players and ties, plus senior qualifiers), the top 12 players will be in the championship flight will bid for the Shelton trophy. Remaining golfers in the field will then compete in three additional flights. Prizes will go to each of the members of the championship flight, plus the top two in each of the lower flights. There are Senior, Super Senior, and Ladies divisions, as well as a competition between local clubs.
