U.S. Women's Amateur Four-Ball, a USGA Championship

The U.S. Women's Amateur Four-Ball was played for the first time in 2015 at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Oregon, and immediately became one of the USGA's most popular championships. The event has no age restriction, but each player on a side must have a Handicap Index of 14.4 or lower. It is one of 15 national championships conducted annually by the USGA.

Sides reach the championship through exemptions or 18-hole qualifying rounds held at sites across the country from late August through December of the preceding year. The championship itself opens with two rounds of stroke play, after which the low 32 sides advance to match play.
