Golfers must be at least 25 of age as of 07/25/2026 Mid-Master Division - Male golfer must be at least 40 years of age as of 07/25/2026 Mid-Amateur and Mid-Master Players who decide to take a golf cart will not be eligible for a Team or quota spot at the Canadian Men's Mid-Amateur Championship. Handicap Index must be active & updated
