About the tournament

54 hole stroke play invitational event that draws a strong regional field from Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, and other states in the Southeast and beyond. Host club Farmington Country Club is set up in tournament condition for the event with fast, firm greens and healthy rough. The Kendridge Invitational has been played since 1936. It is an official VSGA Points event.

How to enter

Players must apply by submitting a resume to the Kenridge Committee for review and approval. Selection is based on distinguishable golf performance credentials, primarily World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), with consideration for collegiate players, mid-amateurs, juniors, and seniors. A separate 18-hole qualifier event is also available.
