About the tournament

The European Senior Men's Team Championship is an amateur golf tournament for men over 50, organized by the European Golf Association. The championship was first held in 2006 and has taken place annually ever since. Prior to its introduction, a Nations Cup was part of the European Senior Men's Championship from 2000 to 2005.
