About the tournament

Introduced in 2024, this is a 54-hole two-man best-ball event for national-level mid-amateurs at a classic club and major amateur tournament host. 36 holes on day one, 18 on day two. Open to all golfers age 25 and older as of the start of the tournament who have a USGA handicap index of 3.0 or less and are members at an established club.

Teams can apply to play by providing information for both partners, including handicap index, club affiliation, and a brief golfing resume. Field will be limited to 44 teams.

Applications open March 1 at 10:00 a.m. and close April 15 at 6:00 p.m. Teams apply by providing information for both partners including handicap index, club affiliation, and brief golfing resume. Invitations sent by April 30 to selected teams who must then complete registration and payment.
