The Snedeker Memorial

54-hole individual stroke play championship with a simultaneous combined team score competition. Invited mid-amateur players propose their own partner to be introduced and approved by the Committee or can be paired with a partner by the Committee.

This event pays tribute to Larry and Candice Snedeker whose love for the game of golf paved the way for their sons Haymes' and Brandt's successful careers both on and off the golf course. The event is played at The Lakewood Club in Point Clear, Alabama. Designed by Perry Maxwell in 1947 and recently renovated, Lakewood has played host to 3 USGA championships.
