Qualifying for the 12th U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship runs from Aug. 20 through Dec. 9, 2026 across 51 sites, with the two low sides at each 18-hole four-ball qualifier advancing to the championship proper at Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin, May 22–26, 2027. Blue Mound Golf & Country Club in Wauwatosa co-hosts the 36-hole stroke-play rounds before the field of 128 sides is cut to 32 for match play.

About the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball
The U.S. Amateur Four-Ball is a two-player team championship in which each golfer plays their own ball and the better score counts on every hole. Because it sits at the very front of the USGA calendar, qualifying is unusual in that it begins the previous summer and runs through December — giving the championship one of the longest build-ups of any USGA event. It is frequently the first USGA championship many competitors reach, and partners are not required to come from the same club, state, or country.
