Arizona State's men's golf program has spent decades sending players to the PGA Tour. Now it has hired someone who spent more than a decade on it.
Sun Devil Athletics announced Tuesday that James Hahn, a two-time PGA Tour winner with nearly 300 career Tour starts, has joined head coach Matt Thurmond's staff as a full-time assistant. Hahn replaces Thomas Sutton, who left this summer to become head coach at Washington, the program Thurmond led before arriving in Tempe in 2016.
