Note: No amateurs made the cut at +5. All of the amateur competitors missed the weekend at The Broadmoor.

Amateurs will be tested not just by the altitude and precision required at The Broadmoor, but also by a field filled with past U.S. Open and U.S. Senior Open champions, PGA Tour winners, and global legends. Among the amateur stories to watch: Todd White, a U.S. Senior Amateur and R&A Senior Amateur champion; Daniel Sullivan, a U.S. Senior Amateur runner-up; and Christian Raynor, who qualified through both stages and is making his third U.S. Senior Open appearance after a T60 finish in 2023.

Several amateurs in the field have USGA championship pedigrees or compelling personal stories—such as Chris Devlin, who overcame major health obstacles to return to the U.S. Open stage, and Dave Bunker, a respected Canadian mid-amateur and educator with international experience. Their journeys bring color and depth to a field traditionally dominated by PGA Tour Champions regulars.
