Bae, a rising senior at the University of Georgia, shot three under par rounds of 69-66-70 to finish at 11-under 205 to win the Georgia Women’s Amateur championship Wednesday at Coosa Country Club in Rome, Ga. by five strokes over Tess Davenport, who will be a junior next season at Vanderbilt.
Only eight golf golfers managed to break par for the three days at Coosa Country Club.
Bae, a second team All-SEC selection and a honorable mention Golfweek All-American, led the Bulldogs in virtually every statistical category during the 2020-21 season, and she produced a perfect 100 percent counting percentage over 33 rounds. She was one of only two golfers to compete in all 11 tournaments and paced Georgia in stroke average (72.94), par-or-better rounds (13), birdies (98), top-10 finishes (three) and top-20 finishes (seven).Jenny Bae is not letting up!

Bae was the Bulldogs' top individual finisher at six of 11 tournaments, headlined by her victory at the NCAA Columbus Regional where she shot 4-under 212 to secure a three-shot win as Georgia captured the team title by a 15-shot margin. Bae also finished 10th at the SEC Championships, where she shot a career-best 54-hole tally of 8-under 208.
