How to watch on TV and streaming (U.S.)
In the United States, coverage of the U.S. Amateur is carried on Peacock and NBC. The early match-play rounds live on Peacock, with the weekend's semifinals and final simulcasting on both Peacock and broadcast NBC.
If you don't have NBC through a cable package, any of the major streaming services that carry your local NBC affiliate — such as YouTube TV, Fubo, DirecTV Stream, or Sling — will get you the broadcast windows. Peacock requires its own subscription for the streamed rounds.

The first two days of stroke play don't carry a live broadcast window, so live scoring is the way to follow the medalist race and the fight for the 64 match-play spots. A playoff, if needed, settles ties for the final places on Tuesday evening.
The daily rhythm of the week
- Monday & Tuesday (Stroke Play): The 312-player field is split between Merion East and Philadelphia C.C. over two 18-hole rounds, with players switching courses on day two. The low 64 advance to match play.
- Wednesday (Round of 64): Match play begins at Merion. The bracket halves with every session.
- Thursday (Round of 32 & 16): A brutal 36 holes of match play in a single day.
- Friday (Quarterfinals): Eight become four.
- Saturday (Semifinals): The final two are set.
- Sunday (36-Hole Final): A full day of match play crowns the champion, who earns exemptions into the 2027 Masters, U.S. Open, and The Open Championship (as long as he remains an amateur).
Who to watch
The field is stacked: a large share of the top players in the World Amateur Golf Ranking are in the draw, headlined by world No. 1 Preston Stout. Defending champion Mason Howell returns to defend the Havemeyer Trophy, and the bracket is loaded with elite college talent, rising juniors, and seasoned mid-amateurs.
