Frazier, who was 11th at the Carlton Woods Invitational earlier this year and played the Stocker Cup last fall, was 2 over after his opening nine before making up for it with four birdies on the back. In Sunday’s final round, he had four bogeys, four birdies and an eagle at the par-4 10th.
Cameron Barzekoff was the only other player to shoot a round under par at Paiute Resort. His opening 71 left him one shot behind Frazier, but when Barzekoff followed with 78, he dropped to fourth.
In the senior division, Darrell Lutey had rounds of 70-71 for a 3-under total that left him six shots ahead of John Turk in second.
