COLUMBUS, Ga. (November 11, 2025) — The Haskins Foundation has released the Final Fall Watch List for the 2025–2026 Fred Haskins Award presented by Stifel, honoring the nation’s top men’s collegiate golfer. The announcement was made Tuesday morning through Golfweek and Golf Channel, the Foundation’s official media partners.

The Haskins Award, college golf’s most prestigious individual honor, is determined by votes from college golfers, coaches, and members of the golf media. Its legacy spans more than five decades, with past recipients going on to capture 33 major championships and over 400 professional titles worldwide.
Beginning in 1971, the Fred Haskins Award presented by Stifel is annually given to the top male U.S. collegiate golfer as voted on by college golfers, coaches and members of the golf media. Named in honor of Fred Haskins, the award is managed by the Haskins Foundation to acknowledge the top male golfer at the end of the season and to match the ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel, which recognizes the top female Division I collegiate golfer.
From the seaside town of Liverpool to a quaint Donald Ross course in Georgia, Fred Haskins built a reputation for mentoring young golfers. Recommended for the position by Bobby Jones, Haskins served as head professional at the Country Club of Columbus for 34 years, where his Saturday morning classes—just a nickel to attend—helped produce champions who went on to win more than 150 collegiate and amateur tournaments. Since 1971, the Haskins Foundation has been devoted to amateur golf and the presentation of the Haskins Award, overseeing voting conducted among college golfers, coaches, and the college golf media.
