The fall college season is heating up — and so are two of its brightest stars. Ole Miss senior Cameron Tankersley and Arkansas senior John Daly II both made significant moves in the latest PGA TOUR University Ranking after standout performances in early fall competition.

Tankersley climbs into the top 15 after victory at The Honors Course

Fresh off a co-medalist finish at The Invitational at The Honors Course, Tankersley jumped five spots to No. 13. The Ole Miss senior continues to deliver strong results, including a string of top-10 finishes that highlight his consistency across high-caliber fields. His trajectory puts him in position to challenge for a top-10 PGA TOUR U finish — a threshold that grants Korn Ferry Tour status after the NCAA Championship.

Daly’s momentum builds with another win for Arkansas

Arkansas senior John Daly II has enjoyed a breakout stretch of golf in 2025, capped by a commanding victory at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational that vaulted him 19 places to No. 31 in this week’s PGA TOUR U rankings. The Clearwater, Fla. native and 2025 Southern Amateur Champion has added consistent performances at events like the Palmas del Mar Collegiate and Lewis Chitengwa Memorial to his resume.

Daly II, a Ben Hogan Award finalist and 2025 U.S. Amateur quarterfinalist, has evolved from promising recruit to proven collegiate leader for the Razorbacks. His power off the tee and refined short game have helped Arkansas stay competitive in the SEC and beyond.
