After 25 years of running great events, we're heading for the ultimate bucket list destination

2025 will mark the 25th anniversary of AmateurGolf.com.

Back in 2000 , we went from concept to action and launched our website at the US Open at Pebble Beach. Fittingly, one of the greatest amateurs of all time, Tiger Woods, won his first U.S Open that week and his seventh USGA Championship. Of course, he’d go on to make a lot more history.

And so would we.

In our own “Hello, World” moment, we handed out 2500 hats to people that were willing to give us their email and mailing address. Occasionally, we still see those hats today.

The next time we attended a U.S. Open at Pebble Beach it was as credentialed media. Our website took hold over the years as an important resource for competitive amateur golfers.

All the while we were running tournaments in California and at destinations like Bandon Dunes. But we always had Pebble Beach on our radar.

We are pleased to announce that our dream of launching an event at Pebble Beach has come to fruition and we will host the inaugural Two-Man Links Championship at Pebble Beach on March 28-31 2025.

The event offers participants the chance to compete with fellow dream-chaser at a world-class location.

AmateurGolf.com is hoping to make this dream your reality in 2025. Our Two-Man Links tournaments are open to any two-person team, so share this 54-hole best-ball championship alongside your most cherished golf companion. Whether it be your father, son, mother, wife or best friend- all pairings are encouraged.

We are no strangers to running high-level competitions at top-tier golf destinations. Adding Pebble Beach to our thriving annual line-up, which includes Streamsong, Bandon Dunes and Sand Valley, was only a matter of time. The time is now. With 25 years of hosting tournaments, this will undoubtedly be one to remember. Space is extremely limited.

You can visit the event's page for details about pricing and lodging.

After 25 years, we look forward to creating new memories at one of the most historic golf sites in the world that has a knack for making it’s mark on everyone who visits.
