Getting a chance to visit the Rose Bowl when a game or concert isn't going on is a unique experience. The scale and beauty of the stadium are amazing, and you can just feel the history all around you.

But hitting golf shots inside the stadium? Now that's something you don't get a chance to do every day.

On Friday and Saturday, March 25-26, The Rose Bowl gives you a chance to hit a golf shot inside "America's Stadium" with the proceeds going towards The First Tee of Greater Pasadena. Here's how the event, which is open to all golfers, works:

For an entry fee of $20, each golfer is guaranteed at least one "round" of three golf shots against another golfer with similar abilities. In the spirit of March Madness, the event is setup in brackets. The higher handicap player will get 1 foot taken off of their distance to the hole for every stroke higher their handicap is. For example, a 10 handicap versus a 12, the 12 handicap player would get 2 feet subtracted from their best shot out of 3.

Only the closest ball after handicaps are factored in will advance to the next round. REGISTER NOW, everyone is invited. The registration deadline is March 18th.
