The Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship (NB3 JGNC) returns to the Koasati Pines golf course at Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, Louisiana, marking its sixth year as one of junior golf’s most prestigious and inclusive championships.

The Girls National Championship took center stage from November 2–4, followed by the Boys National Championship running November 7–9. The action will culminate in a nationally televised Golf Channel broadcast on December 16, bringing the future stars of the game into millions of homes.


Angela Nip Wins Girls Division with Final-Round 67

The Girls National Championship wrapped with Angela Nip of Port St. Lucie, Florida (Class of 2026) emerging victorious after a brilliant final-round 67 (-5). Nip finished at 6-under 210 to claim the title, pulling clear of a strong field that included competitors from across the U.S. and abroad.

Eliza Yelverton (West Point, Mississippi) finished runner-up at -4 (212), while Erin Miyagishima (Alta Loma, California) secured third at -1 (215).

The Boys Championship Tees Off Next

With the girls’ side complete, the spotlight now shifts to the Boys National Championship, which runs November 7–9 at Koasati Pines. The final rounds will determine who joins Nip as a 2025 champion when both divisions are showcased during the Golf Channel broadcast on December 16.

Global Growth and a Star-Studded Week Ahead

This year marks the largest expansion in the NB3 JGNC’s history, featuring 311 players from 245 cities and a record number of international qualifiers from Thailand, Canada, and beyond. The championship will also feature a special appearance from PGA TOUR star Tony Finau, joining tournament founder Notah Begay III to celebrate a week that highlights both the competitiveness and inclusivity of junior golf.
