Titleist Pro V1 double-digit play numbers review

When I saw the boxes Titleist Pro V1s with double digit numbers behind the counter at El Camino Country Club it got my creative juices flowing, for the first time in years (or ever) when I purchased a dozen balls. Prior to that, the only decision was whether to purchase “1-2-3-4” or “5-6-7-8” sleeve makeups. I never knew why anyone would want to play a ball with an 8 on it, but maybe that was the idea. We want to accommodate those Pro V1 and Pro V1x loyalists who trust the Titleist brand and want to create an even more personal connection.” Double-digit play numbers can be custom ordered from your Titleist dealer in minimum quantities of six dozen. Or your pro shop, like mine, might order some of the more common numbers, like everyone’s dream round, the 59. But six dozen balls isn’t really that many, when you think about it. So go ahead and get creative. The ideas are limitless.
