About the tournament
The Farrell consists of 18 holes of on-site stroke play qualifying, from which the low 16 competitors will advance to match play in divisions for men, women, and seniors. Select applications will be accepted from golfers with an official World Handicap System (WHS) Handicap Index not exceeding 4.0.
Tournament Facts
The Farrell is an invitational: a selection committee extends formal invitations to competitors with a strong national competitive résumé, while a limited number of additional applications are accepted from golfers with an official WHS Handicap Index not exceeding 4.0. The field plays 18 holes of stroke-play qualifying across Men's Mid-Amateur, Women's Mid-Amateur, and Men's Senior divisions, with the low 16 in each division advancing to match play.
