About the tournament

Boasting a prestigious legacy that spans over half a century, this elite 36-hole amateur test is nestled in the scenic rolling foothills of Virginia's Blue Ridge region. The course features traditional, tight-knit 1920s architecture requiring extreme precision off the tee. Past champions include legendary Virginia State Amateurs who conquered the notoriously fast, undulating bentgrass greens. Tournament is flighted after the first round of play.
