About the tournament

The Columbia Golf Championship was established in 1975 through the sponsorship of the Kiwanis club and the leadership of Rex Dillow. In 1994 a senior division was added to the event. This tournament promotes amateur golf in the Columbia area and provides an opportunity to establish lifelong friendships and goodwill.
