About the tournament

The Mixed Championship is open to all Maine amateur golfers. Sides will consist of two players, one male and one female. The championship will consist of 18 holes of Scotch Ball Modified Pinehurst. In this format, both players hit drives from the appropriate tee and then play their partner’s ball for the second shot. One ball is then selected and players alternate shots until the ball is holed. Net scores will be determined by taking 60% of the lower handicap and 40% of the higher handicap.
