About the tournament
Originally a part of the NCGA Women’s
Championship, which
began in 2005, the Women’s Net Championship has
stood
on its own since 2008. Players are divided into three
flights
based on Handicap Index: Big Sur, Golden Gate and
Yosemite.
LIGIBILITY: Open to all NCGA female members with
a
numeric handicap index on their club’s Master report
on the
date of registration.
FORMAT: 36 holes stroke play (18 holes per day).
Play will
be at 95% of course handicap. Players will be divided
into
three flights for the championship based on their
handicap
index.
