About the tournament

Stroke play championship that celebrated its 80th playing in 2021. Open to Moore County (NC) residents with handicaps of 9.9 or lower.

The Championship is a 54-hole stroke play tournament. After 18 holes, the field will be cut to the low 45 players and ties. After 36 holes, the field will be cut to the low 24 (no ties). Ties for the low 24 will be decided by an on-course playoff. The low 24 will be exempt from qualifying for the following year.
