About the tournament
36-hole flighted stroke play event run by the Kansas City Golf Association. Replaced the Kansas City Women's Amateur in 2014. Now an invitational event meant to broaden the field to the best women players in the Great Plains. Open to female amateurs who have an active USGA Handicap Index of 26.0 or less at a KCGA member club.
Tournament Facts
The Prairie Invitational is an invitation-only event. Players can apply if not invited, with applications reviewed beginning approximately one month before the event. Entry requires an active GHIN number.
