About the tournament
The Minnesota Women's Amateur Championship returns to Bearpath Golf & Country Club, awarding the champion a full exemption into the U.S. Women's Amateur at The Honors Course in August. This 54-hole stroke play test features a cut to the low 60 and ties after 36 holes, with a maximum field of 120 players competing for the state's most prestigious women's amateur title. Additionally, the winner will add her name to the Patty Berg Memorial Trophy, honoring the Minnesota golf icon who captured the first U.S. Women’s Open and 15 major championships.
