Maryland Junior Amateur Championship

This tournament is open to male junior amateurs who are residents of Maryland or are members of member clubs of the MSGA. Each entrant must have reached 12 years of age but not 19 years of age by the start of the tournament. Each contestant must also have an up-to- date USGA index. The tournament will be 36 holes stroke play conducted as follows. All competitors regardless of age will play the first 18 holes. In the Championship Division, the low 24 scores and ties and those within 8 strokes of the leading score will play a second 18 holes the following day.
