The Kansas Women's Amateur Championship is a 54-hole stroke-play championship hosted by Central Links Golf at Wichita Country Club. Open to female amateur golfers with active handicap indices from Kansas and the Kansas City metro area, the event features a no-flights championship division plus a separate Mid-Amateur division with two flights.
Open to female amateur golfers who have an active handicap index at a Central Links Golf member club and who live in the CLG service area (state of Kansas or Kansas City Metro area). If you live outside of the CLG service area but attend a Kansas college, you may participate. Players applying for the Mid-Am Championship must be at least 20 years old and not on a college golf roster for the 2026 fall season.
Priority entry will be given to Central Links Golf members with an active handicap index of 5.0 or lower through March 31, 2026. On April 1, 2026, entries will be open to Central Links Golf members with an active handicap index of 9.9 or lower. Players applying for the Mid-Am Championship may have a handicap index up to 15.0.
