Open to any male golfer aged 55 and older, a legal resident of North Carolina, and an active index with the CGA. Format is 54 holes of four-ball stroke play with the field cut to the low 30 scores and ties after 36 holes.

Players must be male amateur golfers age 55 or older who are legal residents of North Carolina and members in good standing of a club that is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association with an active GHIN USGA Handicap Index. The championship is 54 holes of four-ball stroke play with a cut to low 30 scores after 36 holes.
