About the tournament
The CDGA Senior Amateur Championship, held annually by the Chicago District Golf Association, has an 18-hole qualifier with the low 16 players advancing to match play. The champion of this tournament is the recipient of the Charles Morgan Auld Cup. Open to any active CDGA member having a handicap index not exceeding 10.4, and has reached his 55th birthday on or before the start of the championship.
