About the tournament

The 24th Carter Cup is an invitation-only 36-hole junior stroke play championship contested over Baltusrol's legendary Upper and Lower Courses. Named in honor of Michael P. Carter, a standout junior at Baltusrol and Delbarton School who died in a car accident in 2002, the event now features both boys' and girls' divisions following the addition of the girls' competition in 2025.
