Members get complete historical leaderboards for every year of Iowa Father-Son/Parent-Child Championship on record — scores, positions, and hometowns going back decades.
Father-Son:
At least one member of the Father/Son team
must be a resident of Iowa. There are three
separate divisions. The
Open Division, the Young Adult Division (the son is
11 or
12 years old), and the Junior Division (the son is 10
years
of age or younger). The Junior Division is broken
into
two
flights; the 8 & under flight and the 9 & 10 year
olds.
Parent-Child:
Run concurrently
with the IGA Father/Son Championship. Entry is
open to any team comprised of a parent
and child in any age combination excluding male-
male.
Step-parents and grandparents are allowed. A
contestant may
play with more than one family member at the same
time or
may play in multiple sessions to accommodate
multiple team
entries. At least one member of the Parent/Child
team must
be a current resident of Iowa. Same division
breakdown as the Father-Son.
