The Sunday Swing Shootout will be held at Diablo Creek Golf Course in Concord, California, featuring a 72-player field of collegiate, high school, and top amateur golfers. The championship will be contested over 54 holes of individual stroke play with no cut, with a sudden-death playoff used to determine the champion if necessary.
The event is WAGR-recognized and awards NCGA Player of the Year points, along with a competitive purse highlighted by $1,000 to the champion and payouts through 20th place, based on a full field.
Competitors will be required to walk during tournament rounds, and distance-measuring devices (distance only) are permitted. Practice rounds are available through the host facility, and a waiting list will be established once the field reaches capacity.
