Unlock with membershipOne of 13 U.S. Open Final Qualifying Sites. The U.S. Open Final Qualifying is the last stage of qualification for the U.S. Open, known as Golf’s Longest Day. It features a grueling 36-hole, single-day format at select sites worldwide. Players who advance from Local Qualifying or hold exemptions compete for limited spots in the championship.
To enter 2026 U.S. Open Final Qualifying, players must have a Handicap Index not exceeding 0.4 or be a professional. Entry was through champs.usga.org with a deadline of April 8, 2026. Players who qualified through Local Qualifying or who held a local exemption were eligible for Final Qualifying at Springfield Country Club.
