Players who have won, or been very competitive, at the top end of Indiana Junior Golf Program events. These players are likely some of the better players on their school teams and are potentially looking to play college golf at some level. Players at this level should:

- Have a very good knowledge of basic Rules & Etiquette - Be able to consistently break 80 for 18 holes at the yardage played - Be able to play from the back tees for boys and the forward 'men's' tee for girls - Carry a single digit handicap

How to enter

Players must be members of the Indiana Junior Golf Program to register for Masters Tour tournaments. Masters Members have priority registration, with eligible Junior Tour members able to register after the priority period. Junior Tour Members must meet eligibility criteria including a score of 82 or better or a valid handicap index of 10.0 or better.
