Tasmanian Amateur

First played in 1902, the Tasmanian Amateur Championships boast a rich tradition and history. Among the prestigious list of former champions are iconic Tasmanian golfers Lindy Goggin and Peter Toogood, both multiple-time winners.

Recognized as Golf Australia Order of Merit events for both men and women, the championships feature a 36-hole stroke-play qualifying round, followed by three rounds of match-play.
