Sacramento County 2024 Women's Championship

The 2024 Sacramento County Women's Championship will be contested at Mather Golf Course on Saturday and Sunday, July 27-28, 2024. There will be two divisions – a championship division at scratch for those with indexes 6.0 or less and a handicap division for those with indexes 36 or less. There may be multiple flights within the handicap division depending on the number of entries.

The entry fee is $160 and includes green fees, range balls and all awards (cart fees are not included). The tournament format will be stroke play over 36 holes - 18 on Saturday and 18 on Sunday with tee times beginning at 8:06 a.m. each day. A tie in the championship or net division will be resolved with a sudden-death playoff. All other ties will be broken using the USGA method of matching score cards.

The player with the lowest total gross score in the championship division will be declared the 2024 Sacramento County Women’s Champion. The player with the lowest total net score will be declared the 2024 Sacramento County Women’s Net Champion. Names will be engraved on perpetual trophies, and each will be awarded a merchandise gift card. Other prizes of merchandise gift cards will be awarded based on total payouts to about one third of the field in each division.

The entry deadline is July 18, 2024, and there will be no refunds after that date. There will be a $10 cancellation fee for withdrawals prior to the entry deadline.
