Valois powers into R.I. Amateur quarterfinals

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (July 11, 2013) -- Brad Valois leads the group of competitors remaining after the Rounds of 32 and 16 were played Thursday at the 2013 Rhode Island State Amateur Championship. At Quidnessett Country Club, Valois, the No. 1 seed, won matches over Tyler Cooke and David Kraunelis. He'll face Andrew Fiorenzano in Friday's quarterfinal match. Jamie Luckowicz will take on Jamison Randall. Charlie Blanchard also advanced into the round of 8.
