The eight-player U.S. side features three returning Curtis Cup players, five golfers currently inside the top 20 of the Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking, and several of the top names in women’s amateur golf.
The United States Golf Association has finalized the eight players who will represent the USA in the 44th Curtis Cup Match, set for June 12-14 at Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles.
The final four selections are Kary Hollenbaugh, Jasmine Koo, Avery Weed and Kelly Xu. They join previously announced team members Anna Davis, Farah O’Keefe, Kiara Romero and Asterisk Talley.
“Representing the United States in the Curtis Cup is an incredible honor, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be part of this team,” Xu said. “The Curtis Cup has such a rich history in amateur golf, and I’m excited to compete alongside this amazing group of teammates while representing our country on an international stage.”
The 2026 team includes three players who competed in the 2024 Curtis Cup at Sunningdale, where Great Britain & Ireland edged the USA by one point. Talley and Koo each went 2-1-1 in that match, while Davis also returns with Curtis Cup experience.
Meghan Stasi, a four-time U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur champion and member of the victorious 2008 USA Curtis Cup Team at St. Andrews, will again serve as captain.

Team Notes
Davis, the 2022 Augusta National Women’s Amateur champion, brings the most extensive international team résumé on the roster, having represented the United States in the Junior Solheim Cup, Junior Ryder Cup, Women’s World Amateur Team Championship, Arnold Palmer Cup and Curtis Cup.
Romero, the 2025 McCormack Medal winner as the world’s leading amateur, has continued to build one of the strongest résumés in the amateur game. Her recent run includes collegiate victories, a top-five finish at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur and made cuts in both the U.S. Women’s Open and CPKC Women’s Open.
Talley, still a high school junior, gives the USA another proven match-play performer. She defeated then-world No. 1 Lottie Woad in singles at the 2024 Curtis Cup and has already won the U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball, Girls Junior PGA Championship, Fortinet Stanford Invitational and Girls’ Junior Invitational at Sage Valley.
Koo also returns after a strong 2024 Curtis Cup debut. The USC standout earned low-amateur honors at the Chevron Championship in 2024 and has continued to add to her résumé with collegiate and international success.
The newcomers add plenty of depth. Hollenbaugh is a two-time All-American at Ohio State, O’Keefe owns multiple collegiate wins at Texas, Weed has been a consistent contender for Mississippi State, and Xu was part of Stanford’s 2024 NCAA championship team.
Alternates
The USA alternates are Chloe Kovelesky of Boca Raton, Fla., and Macy Pate of Winston-Salem, N.C.
