Brady Exber and Joe Sanders share the lead at Carlton Woods

With 14 players within six shots of the lead, Thursday's final could become a classic 'Texas Shoot Out'

THE WOODLANDS, Texas (May 9, 2012) -- Brady Exber and Joe Sanders both survived double bogeys on the back nine of their otherwise solid rounds of golf to grab a share of the lead heading into the final round on the Fazio Championship Course. Colby Harwell birdied the 18th to get into the final group and is only 1 shot back. 2-time Invitational champion Kevin Marsh is in a group at even par 2 shots off the pace. Buzz Baker showed he’s not ready to go home with the low round of 70 on day 2. Fourteen players are within 6 shots of the lead and have one more chance to challenge Mr. Fazio’s design tomorrow. With the championship on the line, it should make for a classic “Texas Shoot-Out”.
