Auburn tops 2024-25 preseason Bushnell/Golfweek DI Coaches Poll

Led by rising sophomore Jackson Koivun, the Tigers will look to feed off their 2023 momentum of one of the greatest seasons ever

After completing one of the greatest seasons in men’s college golf history in 2023-24, Auburn is No. 1 in the Preseason Bushnell/Golfweek DI Coaches Poll. The defending national champion Tigers received 14 first-place votes and 409 points on August 30.

Arizona State (two first-place votes), Florida State (one first-place vote), Vanderbilt, and North Carolina rounded out the top five, while Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, Illinois, and Florida completed the top 10.

Auburn is led by rising sophomore Jackson Koivun, who is currently ranked No. 7 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com World Rankings.
